You now change a transaction's category in one place — the “Change decision” card in the transaction details. The separate dropdown that asked the same question in different words is gone.

One card instead of four controls

The card asks what the transaction is: spending, income, a transfer to your own account, a loan repayment or overpayment, an investment contribution, or a refund. “Another category” opens the full category list, including transfer categories and the ones you created yourself.

The answer is stored in place — no jumping to another screen. The report recalculates immediately, and the card says how much your spending or income moved.

Martia still remembers the merchant

Picking a category from the full list still teaches Martia that transactions from that merchant belong there — exactly as the old dropdown did. Answers about the flow (“transfer to my own account”, “loan overpayment”) teach nothing, because they name no category.

Corrections you made earlier stay. Transactions Martia tidied up quietly in the background — old transfers between your own accounts, for instance — can now be corrected in the same card too.

The “Category” row only tells you

The row still shows the category name and its colour, and on a transfer between accounts or a currency exchange it says plainly what the operation is. There is no caret next to it any more — the change happens in the card below.

The category list in the Finances tab is unchanged: there you still set a category right on the transaction.
