Every value change on an asset (property, car, other) saves a point in its history, so the net worth chart shows how the value moved over time — not just today's figure.
Market estimate from official indices
For a property you can enter the city. Martia matches a price index — the NBP secondary-market hedonic index for Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Poznań and Łódź, and the Eurostat country index elsewhere — and shows an estimated value today with the percentage change, the source, and the data quarter.
The estimate is always labelled as an estimate. One tap accepts it as your new value, but it's your call — your own figure always wins.
